Criss-Cross

I can't tell you how ready I am for Spring! Wedges, heels, sandals, dresses, shorts, tank tops - anything but cold temperatures! This Criss-Cross dress from Charlotte Russe screamed Spring to me so I had to get it.  In hopes of wearing it, I thought maybe Spring would get here faster. tee hee :-)

I love the color of this dress and it's so comfortable.  The back explains why they call it the criss-cross dress, because it's uniquely made in that aspect.  The jewelry is from Body Central and the shoes are Nine West.  And last but not least, I thought an up-do would be perfect for this outfit so I rolled my hair into a bun and pinned it to the side.

Casual Cardigan

It's been a couple of crazy weeks but I'M BACK! Here is another cute look you shouldn't live without.  CARDIGAN CARDIGAN CARDIGAN!!! This coral color is one of my faves from Charlotte Russe.  This outfit is comfy and casual and perfect for work.  I paired it with a dark straight leg jean from Charlotte Russe and of course a heel to match from BCBG.   I didn't want to go overboard with the jewelry so I did a gold stud earring and a blue and gold necklace from Body Central.  Besides the fact that it was FREEEEEZING outside that day, I wanted to thank my amazing photographer for sticking it out with me to take these great photos.

I'm In Love

It's almost upon us...VALENTINES DAY!!!! Everyone has been posting dresses online, but I wanted to do something different this year.  Who says you have to wear all red for this holiday? I found this heart top at Express and instantly "fell in love" with it.  Added the white Kardashian Kollection pants, red pumps with some earrings to match and you have the perfect V-Day outft! If this look doesn't get you excited about dressing up for Valentines Day then I don't know what will.   Love ya'll!!!

Lace & Leather

My look this week is all from one of my favorite stores, Charlotte Russe!!! So I have never been much for lace, but I LOVE this black, lace long sleeved top.  They have them in multiple colors and I have seen a lot of lace on the red carpet already this year.  You never would guess that lace and leather would go together, but I had to pair the top with this black and hunter green leather jacket...just for fun.  There are zippers on the sleeves as well as across the front..  It's fitted at the bottom and very comfortable to wear for shopping or a fun dinner with friends.  Since I love riding motorcycles, I added black boots to this look to make it more "biker chick".  So go out and get your lace on and release you inner bad girl with this trendy leather jacket.

Be A Star

Thank you to everyone for your love, support and feedback from my first fashion blog post! Everyone has me so pumped up, I couldn't wait another day to post another outfit.  So here it is!!!

 

 

For a long time I have wanted star pants...and all I have to say is...I LOVE THEM! They are straight leg jeans, from the Kardashian Kollection, and you can definitely wear them with any outfit.  I paired them with brown boots for the winter, but as spring gets closer, I would definitely pair them with some red heels to match the top.  The red top came from Express and it's beautiful!!! Red is my favorite color and with Valentines Day coming up, it's the perfect fit.  This outfit I would wear out for a fun day with my friends, shopping, lunch...you know, the usual day of a Missouri girl.  When it comes to jewelry I'm very simple.  I paired this white, Charlotte Russe bracelet with the outfit and I think it's just enough to match with the stars on the pants.  I would recommend choosing any color of top from Express with these pants and matching heels.  With these pants, the mixing and matching possibilities are endless!!!

Dash-ing Style

 

 

 

 

What an amazing weekend! Getting ready for my first post for you fashion klubbers, was definitely the highlight of my weekend.  It was so hard choosing one style to share with you this week, because there are so many amazing, yet affordable, styles out there.  It's true!  The outfit I chose this week is one you can wear for just about any occasion.  Lace is in right now and this Kardashian Kollection top has lace and other detailed designs all over! The skinny jeans are also from the Kardashian Kollection and the cut out pattern towards the bottom is very unique from other typical jeans.  I paired a black heel from Guess with this outfit, which makes it more sexy and flirty.  I chose to wear my hair up in a wrapped bun, so I didn't take away from beautiful detail in the top. 

As you can tell from the photo shoot...I HAD A BLAST! And I look forward to what the future holds for this blog.  I hope that these fashion ideas inspire you to look your absolute best, no matter where you go and know that you don't have to spend a lot of $$$$ to look like a star.
